The Albert STEINBURG Family Residence

(This building may still exist on Russell Street as a private residence.)

The house was built on land that was formerly the northwest corner of the old three room school yard. After it was purchased by Albert STEINBURG, he and his wife left their farm located a mile north of the village. Eventually, Thomas MOFFAT (not related to Mill-Moffats) purchased the property on retiring from his farm.
