John IRVING had a family of eight living in this small house. Arnot MACGREGOR recalled only three of them: Bill, Minnie, and Nellie. Later, After Thomas (Tommie) COULTHART married Ethel HEBERLEE he purchased the property, but before moving into the house - enlarged it. The COULTHARTs were living there when Tommie worked as a clerk in the MACGREGOR store.
